Aproximadamente 1415 personas le solicitaron a la Corte impartir algunas órdenes para el cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-648/13 y exigir a una serie de entidades el inicio de investigaciones dirigidas a sancionar el incumplimiento de la misma.

La Sala de Revisión evidencia que el presente caso no encuadra en ninguna de las hipótesis que permiten a la Corporación hacer uso de su competencia excepcional y promover el cumplimiento de uno de sus fallos de manera directa, ni dar trámite al correspondiente incidente de desacato.

Precisa igualmente, que no le corresponde proceder en la forma en que lo solicitaron los accionantes.

  2. Segundo. La presente decision se entendera notificada a todos los solicitantes a partir del momento en el que se publique en la pagina web de la Corte Constitucional.
